Responsibilities
- Execute the product vision for a drag-and-drop application builder.
- Lead the daily implementation of highly interactive, state-heavy internal user interfaces.
- Translate product and design requirements into high-quality frontend code.
- Identify React and Next.js architectural constraints and frontend performance roadblocks.
- Build reliable component systems that non-developers can configure and use.
- Provide technical estimates and progress updates to leadership.
- Mentor team members through code reviews and technical guidance.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in React, Next.js, and advanced frontend state management.
- Proven experience leading delivery of highly interactive, complex web applications.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to break down ambiguous, large-scale designs into engineering sprints.
