Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, maintain, and operate full-stack web applications and services.
- Lead complex feature design and implementation from concept through deployment.
- Establish and advocate for code quality, testing, observability, CI/CD, and incident response practices.
- Collaborate with product, design, data, and engineering teams to refine requirements and deliver features.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, design discussions, pairing, and technical guidance.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production systems for system health, user experience, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Significant experience developing both front-end and back-end web applications.
- Experience designing, building, and operating scalable and reliable services and user-facing features in a modern cloud environment.
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional agile teams and influencing technical direction for complex projects.
