Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Partner with software engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-performing mobile features for more than 100 million customers.
- Influence multi-quarter engineering roadmaps covering new capabilities, performance optimization, and platform modernization.
- Architect, build, and maintain core mobile components and shared libraries used by multiple teams.
- Define cross-platform standards for consistency, scalability, accessibility, mobile performance, networking, and platform-specific UI.
- Partner with infrastructure and backend teams to improve mobile release, observability, reliability, and CI/CD practices.
- Define strategies for agentic AI tools and mentor senior engineers in AI-native development workflows.
- Make hands-on, high-leverage technical contributions using advanced native mobile capabilities and UI patterns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
- At least 6 years of professional software engineering, mobile architectural design, and multi-team project execution experience; internship experience does not apply.
- At least 6 years of experience building native Android or iOS applications.
- At least 3 years of experience architecting or leading federated native mobile applications.
- Preferred qualifications include 7 or more years of native mobile development and experience with SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose, automated mobile testing, modular architecture, state management, performance optimization, shared SDKs, and multi-team technical leadership.
- Preferred experience includes client Backend-for-Frontends, gRPC/Protobuf data-fetching strategies, CoreML or TensorFlow Lite, staged rollouts, feature flags, release-health metrics, and agentic AI coding tools.
