Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Creatio CRM applications using low-code/no-code tools.
- Build and maintain business processes, workflows, and automation logic in Creatio.
- Customize UI components, pages, sections, and dashboards.
- Assist with C#/.NET customizations to extend Creatio functionality.
- Support integrations between Creatio and external systems using REST APIs.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and clients to translate requirements into solutions.
- Participate in testing, UAT, deployment, troubleshooting, and post-go-live enhancements.
- Support user stories, acceptance criteria, solution designs, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
- Use Jira and Azure DevOps to track work and progress within an Agile delivery model.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with Creatio.
- Hands-on experience with Creatio configuration, workflows, and business rules.
- Basic working knowledge of C# and .NET.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Understanding of CRM concepts and customer lifecycle processes.
- Exposure to system integrations and APIs.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Creatio Developer or Analyst certification is preferred.
- Prior consulting or client-facing experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or Jira is preferred.
- Exposure to Azure, AWS, or GCP is preferred.
