Responsibilities
- Develop software features for relatively complex requirements with support from more senior engineers.
- Address defects and enhancement requests during Agile delivery engagements.
- Participate in sprint planning, clarify acceptance criteria, document technical approaches, and communicate status.
- Track daily progress, identify blockers, limit QA rework, and deliver assigned stories by the end of the sprint.
- Delegate technical work, coordinate with delivery leads on priorities and risks, and serve as a technical interface for clients.
- Mentor peers and more junior team members while identifying opportunities to improve team capacity and velocity.
- Build user interfaces, data-driven APIs, and administer databases, cloud resources, or servers as applicable.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of professional experience in relevant technologies and projects.
- Demonstrable experience in at least two areas: user interfaces, data-driven REST APIs, or database/cloud/server administration.
- Experience building .NET applications and secure, efficient server-side applications with C#.
- Experience designing RESTful APIs and working with SQL Server or similar databases.
- Experience building interactive, responsive user interfaces with Angular.
- Experience integrating front-end and back-end components and understanding application architecture.
- Experience applying DevOps practices and adhering to software engineering best practices.
- Experience collaborating with client stakeholders during sprint planning and documenting technical approaches.
- Experience understanding and articulating the business outcomes affected by development projects.
- Intensive programs, a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent experience may qualify.
