Base Salary
$180k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and improve the Video Agent’s tools, prompts, context, planning, error recovery, and multi-turn conversation behavior.
- Build evaluations and offline replays, run feature-flagged experiments, and analyze user sessions and agent traces.
- Develop user-facing features in TypeScript and React.
- Build backend services and long-running workflows in Python and Go.
- Own features from ideation through launch and follow-up while partnering with product managers, designers, research, and rendering teams.
Requirements
- Experience building and shipping an AI agent where a model calls tools, plans across multiple steps, and acts on results.
- Experience building evaluations or test sets for model behavior and distinguishing genuine improvements from noise.
- At least 2 years of professional experience as a strong full-stack engineer.
- Fluency in TypeScript and React on the frontend and Python on the backend.
- Strong product sense, customer focus, and ownership.
- A computer science or related degree is welcome but not required; equivalent experience counts.
- Nice to have: experience fine-tuning models, working on code-to-video models, or working on video agent models.
