Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Serve as the production-readiness steward for Mastercard products and help maintain stable, healthy platforms.
- Support developers with operational design, automation, capacity planning, monitoring, and resilient software practices.
- Perform daily operational triage, root-cause analysis, blameless post-mortems, troubleshooting, and production change management.
- Promote proactive engagement throughout the development lifecycle and help enforce operations, compliance, and risk-mitigation standards.
- Align product and customer priorities with operational needs through continuous lifecycle feedback.
Requirements
- Be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or accelerated master’s degree program with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Have programming or scripting experience through projects or internships, such as Python, Go, Bash, or similar.
- Have experience with Linux/Unix systems and foundational networking concepts.
- Have internship or strong project experience with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containers, and automation tools.
- Understand system monitoring, observability, application reliability, troubleshooting, and performance optimization concepts.
- Have exposure to tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Jenkins, Bitbucket, or PCF through coursework, projects, internships, or personal learning.
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills and willingness to learn and collaborate.
- Upload an unofficial school transcript with the application.
- Be eligible to work in the United States now and in the future without employer sponsorship.
