Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent technology initiatives using industry-standard project management methodologies.
- Design and deploy AI-driven solutions that extract insights from enterprise data and documents.
- Build full-stack applications with user-friendly interfaces and reliable backend services.
- Maintain and optimize financial cost allocation, reporting, and other critical business applications.
- Establish secure data connections between enterprise systems and downstream applications.
- Develop and test software solutions, frameworks, and tools of moderate to advanced complexity.
- Lead software development tasks and projects involving advanced problem-solving and technical decision-making.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on development best practices.
- Create technical documentation, manage system reliability exercises, and maintain team knowledge resources.
Requirements
- Successfully completed an undergraduate degree in STEM, preferably Computer Science, and have 3+ years of experience developing enterprise software solutions.
- Demonstrated proficiency with modern development frameworks and tools and full-stack application development.
- Strong problem-solving and technical decision-making abilities, including the ability to work independently on moderately complex technical issues.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including documenting technical solutions and presenting findings to cross-functional teams.
- Experience collaborating across functional teams in matrix environments to design and implement technical solutions.
- Experience with AI-driven solutions and data analytics applications is preferred.
- Knowledge of financial systems, data hubs, cost allocation platforms, secure data governance, system integration, or enterprise architecture is preferred.
- Mentoring experience and a demonstrated commitment to fostering development best practices are preferred.
