Responsibilities
- Design and develop efficient Python scripts and enterprise-grade applications.
- Optimize existing source code for memory usage and execution speed.
- Develop and maintain Python-based tools as a subject-matter expert.
- Mentor and groom Python developers and contribute to leading development teams.
- Design and implement scalable features using design patterns and industry best practices.
- Manage tasks, customers, and stakeholders independently across geographies.
- Communicate project progress and challenges effectively with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a Scrum-based development environment.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of relevant programming experience, including strong Python programming experience.
- Strong knowledge of advanced Python features, data structures, algorithms, multithreading, and concurrent programming.
- Good knowledge of Gen AI concepts, including 2–5 years of extensive Gen AI programming experience as stated in the posting.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software features from design through release.
- Experience with version control tools such as Git and Bitbucket.
- Knowledge of design patterns, software development best practices, and Scrum-based development.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills.
- BE or M Tech qualification required.
- Experience with MATLAB is preferred.
