Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate testing across complex projects, product deliveries, and transformation initiatives.
- Create test strategies, test plans, and quality frameworks tailored to customer objectives and needs.
- Ensure quality management in agile teams and modern development environments.
- Drive continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and ways of working.
- Advise customers on quality, test leadership, and modern Quality Engineering.
- For lead-level candidates, guide customers and colleagues and help establish AI-supported quality practices.
Requirements
- Experience in test leadership, quality assurance, or Quality Engineering.
- Experience planning, coordinating, and following up on testing activities.
- Experience from consulting or other customer-facing delivery environments.
- Experience from agile development projects and preferably DevOps-oriented delivery environments.
- Strong communication with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Fluency in Norwegian is required.
- Relevant AI-tool experience and demonstrable improvements are expected for senior candidates, with additional coaching and AI-practice leadership expected for lead candidates.
- Preferred qualifications include test strategy, test governance or quality leadership experience; Azure DevOps, Jira, Xray or equivalent tools; ISTQB Advanced Test Manager or other relevant certifications; transformation or modernization project experience; and consulting, customer dialogue, and stakeholder management experience.
