Responsibilities
- Lead and execute drive qualifications by developing and running advanced validation test suites and tools.
- Engineer critical feature tests for SSD/NAND and enhance existing regression suites.
- Proactively architect software tools for hardware and media feature validation.
- Drive operational efficiency by implementing new procedures for drive and system-level demonstrations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot complex failure modes and assess test results.
Requirements
- Expertise in validation software development with a proven ability to debug complex software-hardware interactions.
- In-depth knowledge of PCIe/NVMe protocols and Firmware Architecture/Design in the SSD or enterprise storage domain.
- Proficiency with industry-standard validation tools like Lecroy, Drive Master, or OakGate.
- Technical mastery of hardware design and storage architectures, with the ability to automate qualification methods.
- Analytical mindset comfortable with complex data models for performance metrics and root-cause analysis.
- Willingness to work primarily in-office in Bengaluru.
