Responsibilities
- Design, architect, build, and deploy AI agents and multi-agent solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft Foundry.
- Develop agentic workflows with reasoning, tool and action invocation, human-in-the-loop processes, and exception handling.
- Build Python- and Azure-based services, APIs, and custom tools for agents.
- Implement RAG, enterprise knowledge grounding, and LLM-based solutions.
- Develop Power Automate workflows, Power Apps, and Dataverse solutions as required.
- Integrate agents with APIs, SQL, SharePoint, Power BI, Microsoft 365, and enterprise systems.
- Design custom connectors and integrations across Power Platform and Azure.
- Implement security, DLP, governance, guardrails, and authentication for AI solutions.
- Manage agentic observability, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop implementations.
- Manage ALM, CI/CD, and deployments using Azure DevOps.
- Own technical design, development, testing, monitoring, and production support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience.
- Expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Python, Azure, Power Platform, and Power Automate.
- Experience building enterprise-grade AI agents, multi-agent solutions, APIs, integrations, and automated business solutions.
