Responsibilities
- Own entire product areas from concept through deployment.
- Build and ship features to production daily.
- Develop agentic systems that automate complex recruiting workflows.
- Use TypeScript and React to build product functionality.
- Iterate on products based on customer feedback.
- Balance rapid prototyping with scalability and quality.
- Work directly with the CTO and founding engineers in a shared San Francisco hackerhouse.
Requirements
- Very strong software engineering background with experience in TypeScript and React.
- Strong practical experience working with AI and coding with AI tools.
- Experience with LLM APIs is preferred.
- High agency, resourcefulness, ownership, and a startup mindset.
- Ability to work intensely and take projects from concept to deployment.
