Base Salary
$191k - $263k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain performant, reliable, and scalable backend services.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define and implement product features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Develop automated tests, troubleshoot issues, and maintain code quality and reliability.
- Contribute hands-on coding, architectural design, and high technical standards.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, review technical documents and code changes, and support team growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a proven record of shipping successful projects.
- Experience with MySQL or other relational databases.
- Experience working with microservices.
- Strong coding, testing, and system design skills.
- Cross-functional collaboration, communication, and project management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and experience mentoring and guiding junior engineers.
- Ability to work with operations, product, design, and data science teams.
