Responsibilities
- Speak directly with customers to understand problems and translate findings into product requirements and interface designs.
- Build prototypes with AI tools and code to test product hypotheses with customers.
- Create and implement intuitive AI-first interfaces for complex B2B workflows.
- Own the full journey from design through production and collaborate with engineers to ship features.
Requirements
- Have 2–5 years of experience as a design engineer, product designer, or frontend engineer.
- Have a strong portfolio involving AI and complex B2B SaaS products.
- Be highly proficient with AI tools including Lovable, Cursor, and Claude, as well as Figma.
- Be comfortable shipping React, TypeScript, and Python code to production.
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and building from the ground up.
- Work in person from the Munich office or be willing to relocate.
- Be fluent in German and English.
