Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance custom software components and applications.
- Work with ServiceNow ITOM Event Management, including event correlation, integrations, troubleshooting, and automation.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and team decisions.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide solutions for immediate and cross-team problems.
- Lead process improvements to enhance team productivity and quality.
- Manage team performance and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- A minimum of five years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM Event Management is required.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow ITOM Event Management is required.
- Strong knowledge of IT operations management and event correlation techniques is required.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow ITOM with other IT service management tools is required.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues within ITOM Event Management modules is required.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation within the ServiceNow platform is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
