Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy production-grade AI/ML software solutions at scale.
- Build custom models and applications using LLMs and RAG/agentic architectures.
- Create software that enables data-driven decisions and insights for hardware engineering, manufacturing, and testing.
- Lead complex cross-functional projects and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Build, lead, or mentor high-performing software engineering teams.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience developing production-grade software systems, focused on AI/ML.
- Expertise in Python and/or object-oriented programming languages.
- Experience building and deploying AI/ML applications at scale.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, custom model development, and RAG/agentic architectures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Interest in emerging ML technologies and continuous learning.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Experience building, leading, or mentoring software engineering teams is preferred.
