Responsibilities
- Convert enterprise client briefs into tailored demos and proofs of concept.
- Own the technical-creative side of customer pilots from kickoff through production rollout.
- Direct and produce end-to-end cinematic AI campaigns, including creative direction, shot design, generation, editing, and delivery.
- Build repeatable production workflows using model chains, presets, prompt systems, automation, APIs, MCP, and agentic workflows.
- Reverse-engineer reference advertisements, film looks, and visual styles into reproducible Higgsfield workflows.
- Train customer teams through live workshops, demonstrations, and documented workflows.
- Advise CMOs, creative directors, and production leads on creative-technical workflows.
- Communicate field insights, product gaps, failure modes, feature requests, and use cases to Product, Engineering, and Research.
Requirements
- Commercial-quality portfolio of cinematic AI work.
- At least 5 years of experience in commercial, film, or creative production.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with generative AI.
- Deep current fluency across image and video models, consistency techniques, VFX, and motion workflows.
- Strong cinematic craft in shot design, lighting, composition, storyboarding, and editing.
- Proven client-facing delivery of pilots, proofs of concept, or commissioned productions from brief to finished results.
- Ability to present to executives, run live demos under pressure, and teach non-technical creative teams.
- Excellent English and strong ownership, initiative, and startup execution ability.
- Preferred experience in film, advertising, fashion, or e-commerce content production.
- Preferred scripting or automation experience with Python, APIs, ComfyUI, MCP, or agent pipelines.
- Prior forward-deployed, solutions engineering, or sales engineering experience at an AI or creative platform is preferred.
- Experience with Higgsfield's proprietary models, tools, plugins, and skills, enterprise stakeholders, Fortune 500 brands, or an AI creative community is preferred.
