Responsibilities
- Own and configure enterprise AI tools and platforms, including integrations and ongoing platform health.
- Engage with end-users to understand needs and solve use cases with available AI tools.
- Test new models, prototype workflows, and validate technical solutions before wider rollout.
- Partner with security teams to configure AI tools securely and protect company and customer data.
- Help develop and maintain internal policies and guidelines for safe, ethical, and effective AI use.
- Monitor platform usage and API expenditures and implement AI cost-control measures.
Requirements
- A software engineering background sufficient to understand architecture, security implications, and technical solutions.
- Understanding of system security principles, data privacy, and governance.
- Strong collaboration, communication, service-mindedness, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Preferred experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic, prompt engineering, or AI orchestration frameworks.
- Preferred understanding of cloud infrastructure such as AWS.
