Responsibilities
- Design scalable system architectures for AI-powered features.
- Integrate AI/ML models into production applications using Python/Node.js.
- Build React/TypeScript frontends for fundraising tools and dashboards.
- Develop AI-powered APIs and services with proper documentation.
- Ensure performance and security for large-scale user applications.
- Support AI feature rollouts with A/B testing and gradual deployments.
- Implement ethical AI practices including bias detection and explainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience with user-facing web applications.
- 3+ years of AI/ML integration experience with production models.
- Strong proficiency in React/TypeScript and modern development patterns.
- Backend expertise in Python or Node.js with REST APIs.
- Experience with AI SDKs for LLM integration.
- Knowledge of large-scale distributed systems using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Experience with database management and data modeling.
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures and message queuing systems.
