Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior client stakeholders and technical teams on AI and data strategy initiatives.
- Support the full solution lifecycle, including problem definition, architecture, prototyping, deployment, scaling, and adoption.
- Develop and deploy AI- and LLM-powered applications using RAG, autonomous agents, and orchestration frameworks.
- Build functional prototypes and production-ready demonstrations within project timelines.
- Contribute to proposals, technical demos, client engagements, and technical expansion opportunities.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists within cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to Forward Deployed Engineering frameworks, best practices, and technical capabilities.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or AI/ML solution delivery.
- Proven experience delivering scalable AI/ML solutions in client-facing or collaborative environments.
- Strong expertise in machine learning, generative AI, NLP, computer vision, data platforms, and big data technologies.
- Experience with cloud-native development, microservices, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Proficiency with Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, infrastructure as code, monitoring, and logging, including Terraform and Ansible.
- Exposure to agentic architectures, multi-agent orchestration, or cognitive harness patterns.
- Consulting or technical delivery experience with enterprise clients.
- Preferred qualifications include MLOps, LLMOps, AI governance, ethical AI frameworks, model interpretability tools, relevant industry expertise, and experience supporting sales or account-growth initiatives.
Benefits
- Base salary ranges from $156,400 to $301,000 across US locations, with a separate range of $187,600 to $342,000 for New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California excluding Sacramento.

- The role follows a team-led, leader-enabled hybrid model, with most external client-serving employees expected to work in person 40–60% of the time over an engagement, project, or year.
