Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, resilient backend and frontend services using .NET, Angular, and RESTful APIs.
- Lead registry modernization initiatives involving containerization, .NET runtime upgrades, deployment improvements, and operational reliability.
- Improve data-layer performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Drive technical design discussions and make pragmatic architectural decisions.
- Own solutions from design through deployment and production operation.
- Establish and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Collaborate with Product, Platform, and engineering teams to deliver production-ready capabilities.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and day-to-day technical leadership.
- Take accountability for reliability, operational outcomes, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience building production systems with .NET and C#, preferably modern .NET.
- Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, CloudWatch, and IAM.
- Proficiency with Angular, TypeScript, and RESTful API design.
- Solid understanding of SQL Server and relational data modeling.
- Comfort operating in production environments and learning from real-world feedback.
- Experience leveraging AI-assisted development and testing tools to improve productivity, code quality, and operational efficiency.
- Clear communication and a collaborative, ownership-driven approach.
- Preferred experience with Docker, Terraform, CloudFormation, Kubernetes-based platforms, system modernization, legacy platform evolution, database performance optimization, Playwright, or Cypress with AI integrations.
