Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the AI Lab’s global sandbox platform and improve it based on user feedback and technology advancements.
- Integrate AI solutions into the sandbox and provide technical guidance to teams developing AI products.
- Conduct AI and machine learning research, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
- Contribute to AI product incubation, quality assurance, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure AI products and experiments align with risk, data protection, technology risk management policies, and regulations.
- Collaborate with technology, AI, business, external partners, educational institutions, startups, hyperscaler teams, and government agencies.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal AI education, training, knowledge sharing, and ecosystem engagement.
- Represent Prudential at industry events and conferences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience developing and deploying AI models and algorithms.
- Strong technical background in data, AI, and modern cloud infrastructure.
- Excellent programming skills in Python or R.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as LLM frameworks, computer vision and NLP frameworks, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, MLOps, and LLMOps techniques.
- Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure cloud platforms and services.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, collaboration, and innovation skills.
