Responsibilities
- Build and ship LLM-powered features for real users in a regulated healthcare environment.
- Develop integrations involving Epic workflows, prior authorization logic, and pharmacy operations.
- Own feature architecture end to end, including data models, APIs, application state, and rollout.
- Monitor feature health through metrics, error logs, evaluations, guardrails, and user feedback.
- Take features from loose requirements through production, sometimes within 48 hours.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience shipping and explaining production systems, including technical choices, tradeoffs, and lessons learned.
- Ability to work effectively with ambiguous or loosely defined requirements.
- Strong product judgment and willingness to challenge requirements and take ownership of regressions.
- Experience using AI tools as part of the software development workflow.
