Responsibilities
- Define requirements and design applications to meet business process and application needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and multiple teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Create design specifications and ensure applications align with business objectives.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and contribute to team and cross-team decisions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor junior team members.
- Collaborate with and help manage the team’s work and performance.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience with Kronos.
- Proficiency in UKG Pro.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with requirements gathering and analysis techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes.
- 15 years of full-time education.
