Responsibilities

  • Complete the three-year Graduate Development Programme and its structured learning pathways.
  • Work with engineers to design and develop engineering solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Contribute to new and existing products across the engineering lifecycle.
  • Participate in discipline-specific learning, core training, and professional development activities.
  • Build a professional network across Thales and potentially complete a Year 3 rotation or external secondment.

Requirements

  • Have completed or be on track to achieve a bachelor’s or master’s degree in AI Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computing, Computing and Data Science, Software Engineering, or another applicable technical or related subject.
  • Be at the start of a professional career with limited relevant professional experience.
  • Have the permanent right to work in the UK.
  • Be able to successfully complete and maintain BPSS screening and UK Security Clearance (SC), typically requiring five years of continuous UK residence.
