Responsibilities

Design and develop machine learning infrastructure and models.
Help teams understand the data lifecycle and experimental nature of machine learning.
Build internal products to enable AI integration into features.
Consult with teams on machine learning patterns and tradeoffs.
Create scalable services for data integration and event processing.
Write high-quality, sustainable, and testable code.
Coach and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Translate product goals into actionable engineering plans.

5+ years of experience in a structured back-end language like Go, Java, or Python.
Experience handling TBs of data or hundreds of millions to billions of records.
Proven experience building and deploying ML-driven B2B applications.
Familiarity with common ML technologies and tools.
Understanding of distributed systems and scalable service design.
Experience with public cloud solutions like AWS or GCP.
Strong collaboration skills and a team-focused approach.
Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects on time.
