Responsibilities
- Own the overall Reltio MDM testing strategy and quality assurance approach.
- Analyze requirements and develop test strategies, plans, scenarios, cases, scripts, and coverage for Reltio implementations.
- Perform functional testing of Reltio entities, attributes, relationships, match and merge, survivorship, crosswalks, workflows, and data quality rules.
- Validate Reltio REST APIs, payloads, mappings, inbound and outbound integrations, data ingestion, transformation, enrichment, consolidation, and synchronization.
- Execute regression, integration, system, end-to-end, SIT, UAT, and release or production validation testing.
- Identify, document, track, triage, and help resolve defects and complex data or integration issues.
- Lead test execution, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and provide testing status, metrics, risks, and release-readiness updates.
- Mentor QA team members, review testing deliverables, and improve test coverage, automation, and MDM testing processes.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience is required, with the posting additionally requesting a minimum of 5 years of hands-on Reltio MDM experience.
- Proficiency in Reltio and strong hands-on experience testing Reltio MDM solutions.
- Strong understanding of Master Data Management, data quality, SDLC, STLC, Agile, and QA methodologies.
- Experience with Reltio entities, relationships, match and merge, survivorship, crosswalks, workflows, REST APIs, data integrations, ETL or data pipelines, and upstream or downstream systems.
- Strong SQL skills for data validation and reconciliation.
- Experience with defect management and test management tools, API testing, data migration testing, and complex data troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of JSON, XML, REST APIs, web services, Postman or similar API testing tools, event-based integrations, CI/CD, test automation frameworks, and cloud-based data platforms is preferred.
- Prior experience leading QA or testing teams in MDM programs and strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills are preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
