Responsibilities
- Define and enforce project coding standards and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews to maintain high code quality.
- Design, develop, maintain, and optimize scalable Python applications.
- Build agentic AI applications and solve real-world problems using Generative AI and LLMs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate regularly with clients.
- Identify and resolve technical issues affecting application reliability and performance.
- Create and maintain documentation for code, processes, and workflows.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced developers.
- Help coordinate team communication and day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of development experience.
- Strong hands-on web development experience with FastAPI.
- Professional experience using Generative AI and LLMs to solve real-world problems and develop agentic AI applications.
- Familiarity with multi-agent patterns, approaches, and frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, Crew AI, and Google ADK.
- Experience with Pydantic for data validation and schema definition in Python applications.
- Practical knowledge of asynchronous and parallel programming with asyncio.
- Experience with non-relational databases such as MongoDB.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, prioritization, and self-management skills.
- Preferred experience with Azure Cloud services, including Service Bus, Data Lake, Blob Storage, and Redis.
- Preferred familiarity with MCP, A2A, LangGraph long-term memory and human-in-the-loop workflows, and state management.
- Familiarity with .NET is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes is desirable.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and implementation in scalable systems is desirable.
