Responsibilities
- Drive technical aspects of sales execution for customers.
- Participate in discovery sessions to understand client needs.
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and demonstrations.
- Develop and execute Proof of Concepts to showcase solutions.
- Support the building and maintaining of demo environments.
- Act as a technical expert during product demonstrations.
- Answer technical questions related to software integration.
- Serve as the point of contact for technical service escalations.
- Document technical considerations for internal knowledge bases.
- Work closely with Product Managers to inform product development.
- Lead client-facing technical workshops and discovery sessions.
- Participate in developing technical account strategies with Business Development.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in information technology or business-related disciplines.
- 3+ years of experience in technical and/or sales customer service.
- Experience in financial or regulatory technology is preferred.
- Outstanding public speaking skills and professional business manner.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems is highly desirable.
