Responsibilities
- Develop AUTOSAR-based embedded software for automotive safety products.
- Define and optimize AUTOSAR-based software architectures in multicore environments.
- Perform software development across requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and verification.
- Perform AUTOSAR modeling and system configuration, including software component compositions, instances, and connectors.
- Set up and configure AUTOSAR basic software modules.
- Collaborate with multiple engineering competencies to develop products.
- Analyze and systematically resolve reported software issues.
- Support implementation of ISO 26262 technical safety concepts, including RAM tests, ROM tests, lockstep, CPU tests, MPU, and multicore operating-system configurations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in any specialization, such as B.E., B.Tech., M.E., or M.Tech.
- 5–8 years of software development experience.
- Hands-on experience with AUTOSAR methodologies and workflows.
- Strong embedded software development experience using C on 16/32-bit microcontrollers.
- Experience with at least one of the Renesas RH, TriCore, or PowerPC microcontroller architectures.
- Knowledge of automotive product development processes, including ASPICE and ISO 26262.
- Experience with one or more AUTOSAR BSW module stacks.
- Experience with communication stacks including FlexRay, CAN, LIN, and Ethernet, as well as memory, diagnostic, operating-system, watchdog, and other service stacks.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience realizing ISO 26262 technical safety concepts is an additional advantage.
