Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the existing Cyber Risk & Compliance platform into a stable, scalable, enterprise-ready solution.
- Design and implement solution architecture, data models, APIs, integrations, and security concepts across IT and OT environments.
- Develop AI-enabled software using agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI coding tools.
- Integrate the platform with enterprise systems such as CMDB, IAM, security tools, and OT systems.
- Ensure reliable day-to-day GRC operations, including administration, control execution, monitoring cycles, issue handling, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with a small engineering team and translate complex technical topics into decision-ready information for senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience or capability in solution architecture, software development, data models, APIs, integrations, and security concepts.
- Ability to develop AI-enabled software using agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI coding tools.
- Ability to work across IT and OT environments and integrate enterprise, identity, security, and operational technology systems.
- Ability to own reliable platform operations, GRC administration, controls, monitoring, issue handling, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to collaborate with engineers, security experts, business stakeholders, and senior leaders.
