Base Salary

$125k - $187k/yr

Responsibilities

Work closely with client lead to ensure the SDK integration goes smoothly.
Provide guidance on any technical risks that arise during SDK testing and integration.
Manage a diverse and complex scope of potential technical issues across multiple client engagements.
Work directly with the SDK development team to resolve issues and escalate as necessary.
Proactively identify and work with the customer to resolve technical issues and bottlenecks.
Collaborate with the SDK Sales team to demonstrate value in the pre-sales process.

Experience in a client-facing technical role as a developer or consultant.
General understanding of the ad tech landscape is highly regarded.
Previous experience working with SDK integrations in mobile applications is strongly desired.
Ability to effectively troubleshoot and identify technical issues during the onboarding process.
Ability to understand how coding works, though no actual coding is required.
Strong desire to help people solve problems and explain complex technical concepts.
Excellency in time management, task prioritization, and evaluation of situational urgency.
Curious and able to learn fast.
