Responsibilities
- Write clean, iterative code using TDD, SOLID principles, object-oriented design, and pair programming.
- Use continuous delivery practices to improve software delivery speed.
- Collaborate in product-focused teams to build customer experiences and solve client problems.
- Apply technology thinking from the Technology Radar to address client challenges.
- Work with teammates and clients across varied industries and backgrounds.
Requirements
- Less than one year of professional experience working as a developer.
- Understanding of analysis, design, coding, and object-oriented concepts.
- Java, Spring Boot, and React are preferred.
- Ability to collaborate in a transparent, open, feedback-oriented environment.
- Passion for learning, sharing knowledge, and creating business solutions.
- Resilience and adaptability when handling ambiguous challenges.
