Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build major FruitScope OS web application features from concept through production.
- Develop across the backend, frontend, UI/UX, and database layers.
- Create intuitive interfaces that make complex agricultural data actionable across millions of plants and billions of crops.
- Build scalable and efficient backend services, APIs, and data models.
- Work directly with farmers to understand problems and rapidly improve the product.
- Own customer problems end to end, including solution design, implementation, production release, and learning from customer feedback.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building production-quality web applications at scale.
- Experience with modern frontend, backend, database, and cloud infrastructure; React, Python, PostgreSQL, or Google Cloud experience is helpful.
- Ability and desire to develop features end to end across the full stack while incorporating customer feedback.
- Strong product judgment and ability to turn ambiguous problems into shipped solutions.
- Comfort working autonomously with substantial ownership.
- Bias toward action, ability to move quickly, and ability to learn quickly.
- Fluency with AI coding tools.
