Base Salary
$130k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Derive comprehensive end-to-end regression test cases and test plans with stakeholders.
- Design, implement, and maintain AI-driven automated regression coverage for web and mobile applications.
- Contribute to evaluation coverage for internally developed models.
- Develop an AI-driven testing strategy using agentic AI for prompt-driven test generation and test healing.
- Design and develop automated data generation for testing scenarios.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and UX designers to release a high-quality integrated application ecosystem.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 3 years of QA engineering experience focused on test automation.
- Experience testing web UIs and iOS, Android, and Flutter mobile applications.
- Experience developing AI-driven regression automation with Claude or other recent models.
- Strong programming experience in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with Playwright, Maestro, Appium, or Selenium.
- Experience with SQL databases, test data generation, and REST API backend testing.
- Experience with automated performance testing tools such as jMeter or locust.
- Experience building and maintaining evaluations for internal models is preferred but not required.
- Experience validating text and voice conversational agents with tools such as Cekura is preferred but not required.
- Healthcare, biosensor, or related domain experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication, analytical thinking, and critical-thinking skills.
- Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
