Responsibilities
- Build and extend frontend and backend web applications.
- Develop software integrations, payment-processing systems, and other product features.
- Take responsibility for complex projects and make research-backed architectural decisions.
- Collaborate with design and customer-facing teams to create new customer experiences.
- Mentor and support less experienced developers.
- Adapt responsibilities based on company needs, skills, and interests.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong full-stack web development experience.
- Experience making key architectural decisions for large projects.
- Experience mentoring junior developers.
- Experience working on multiple engineering teams, including both small and large teams.
- Good product sense, attention to detail, and passion for the impact of software.
