Base Salary

$207k - $259k/yr

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end execution of technical projects from ideation and design through deployment.
Design and build resilient, large-scale systems focused on reliability, scalability, and performance.
Write high-quality, well-tested code and review code from other engineers.
Provide technical leadership and guide peers through complex architectural and coding decisions.
Champion engineering best practices and technical excellence across the organization.
Lead strategic technical initiatives affecting multiple engineering pods and delivering organization-wide improvements.
Mentor and guide engineers.

10+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining large-scale, production-level systems.
Experience as a Technical Lead or in a similar leadership capacity.
Expertise in cloud architecture, distributed systems, and algorithms, with exceptional coding skills.
Ability to independently lead requirements gathering, system design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
Track record of mentoring and guiding engineers.
Ability to build systems and processes from scratch.
Deep interest in modern development practices and crypto technology.
Preferred: experience with time-series monitoring and observability systems.
Preferred: knowledge of TypeScript, Go, GraphQL, and AWS.
Preferred: degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Minimum full-time salary of $207,000-$259,000, with eligibility for additional compensation elements including tokens.
