Responsibilities
- Design and scale backend systems powering consumer-facing products.
- Build and refine APIs for instant, seamless customer experiences.
- Collaborate with product, credit and finance, compliance, support, and analytics teams.
- Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and roadmap planning.
- Drive improvements in code quality, security, and operational excellence.
- Share knowledge, mentor peers, and contribute to engineering best practices.
Requirements
- 6+ years of backend engineering experience.
- Experience with .NET (C#) or similar frameworks.
- Experience scaling consumer-facing products with significant transaction volumes.
- Ability to use AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, Augment, or Factory to improve productivity, code quality, and collaboration.
- Collaborative problem-solving skills and commitment to inclusion, feedback, and continuous learning.
