Responsibilities
- Move customer teams from hx-led development toward independent delivery through pairing, review, and advisory support.
- Deliver structured workshops and enablement sessions covering architecture, coding best practices, testing, deployment, and model lifecycles.
- Provide standards-based code reviews and evolve hx’s model development standards based on recurring gaps.
- Run drop-in support sessions, resolve customer issues, and make Developer+ delivery repeatable through documentation and scalable processes.
- Convert delivery insights into hx Academy content and communicate recurring customer friction to Product.
Requirements
- Deep hyperexponential platform expertise and production-grade Python experience, including testing, deployment, and model lifecycles.
- Strong pricing and modelling judgement; experience working with insurance and actuarial teams is a plus.
- Technical enablement, documentation, coaching, prioritisation, ownership, and self-direction skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly with developers, actuaries, delivery partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Comfort working directly with non-technical stakeholders and solving ambiguous, open-ended problems.
