Responsibilities

Design, develop, and test platform/product extensions based on business requirements.
Develop cost-effective integrations for creating journals and reports.
Monitor critical processes in the Production instance and proactively resolve issues.
Use developer tools for data amendments and configure payment integrations.
Support the Lead or Product Owner with issue resolution and project deliverables.
Document and automate processes across various Oracle modules.
Provide effective end user support and customer service.
Create test scenarios and utilize automated test tools.
Translate business problems into technical solutions using Oracle products.
Execute system conversions and implementations.
Manage multiple cross-functional projects and partner with vendors.
Create and maintain detailed documentation including FAQs and troubleshooting guides.
Work within the SAFe delivery model and lead requirement sessions.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
Proficiency in Finance and Accounting.
Knowledge of Oracle Fusion cloud architecture and Record to Report process.
Strong understanding of General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and accounting integrations.
Experience with Oracle APIs and external system integrations.
Hands-on experience with Oracle dashboards and report development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Teamwork-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Familiarity with change management and Agile methodologies.
Willingness to work across time zones, particularly EMEA shifts.
