Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable and reliable backend services and APIs.
- Build and maintain responsive, user-friendly frontend applications.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to define and implement features.
- Write clean, documented, and testable code and participate in code reviews.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack.
- Improve development processes and tools and proactively solve technical challenges.
- Stay current with technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience with at least one backend language such as Go or Python, or an equivalent.
- Experience with a modern frontend framework or technology such as Next.js, TypeScript, React, or Vue.js, or an equivalent.
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS.
- Ability to learn technologies quickly and independently, with strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred experience includes Docker, Kubernetes, AI/ML concepts and technologies, Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, Supervised Fine-Tuning, Vector Databases, early-stage startups, and GCP certifications such as Professional Cloud Developer or Professional Data Engineer.
