Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java.
- Lead the implementation of complex React features with a focus on performance and maintainability.
- Integrate backend services with Snowflake and Databricks for data processing and analytics workflows.
- Drive production readiness, performance optimization, scalability, and reliability.
- Mentor senior engineers, review code, and guide architectural decisions.
Requirements
- 10–13 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in Java development, including performance tuning and optimization.
- Deep experience with React architecture and modern state management patterns.
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment environments.
- Experience with Snowflake SQL and Databricks data pipelines.
- Preferred: experience integrating AI-driven features into applications or platforms.
- Preferred: background in BI and analytics performance optimization, including query performance and data-processing efficiency improvements.
