Responsibilities
- Build agentic AI applications including tools, skills, prompts, planners, memory, and evaluation loops.
- Develop RAG services covering ingestion, chunking, embeddings, indexing, vector databases, observability, and guardrails.
- Integrate enterprise APIs, event streams, and data sources with robust error handling, retries, and fallbacks.
- Write clean, testable software and CI/CD pipelines, including unit tests, integration tests, and AI evaluation workflows.
- Implement offline and online evaluations, red-team scenarios, and content and action safety boundaries.
- Rapidly prototype, demonstrate work, communicate trade-offs, and translate business problems into practical AI solutions.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong computer science and software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI APIs.
- Proven ability to build end-to-end applications and integrate AI into systems.
- A visible portfolio of AI projects demonstrating experimentation and rapid iteration.
- Core proficiency in at least two of Python, TypeScript/Node.js, and Java.
- Ability to learn quickly, prototype rapidly, communicate clearly, and translate business problems into practical AI solutions.
- Experience with tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, vector databases, test frameworks, containers, serverless systems, and cloud SDKs is relevant to the role.
- C#/.NET, Go, Rust, SQL, PostgreSQL/pgvector, and Bash are listed as additional or nice-to-have technologies.
