Responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy and roadmap for your area.
- Define infrastructure architecture to solve complex problems.
- Design and build scalable, reliable distributed infrastructure.
- Manage build environments and dependency systems for reproducible builds.
- Implement language ecosystem standards and tooling for developer productivity.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a Software Engineer role focused on developer infrastructure.
- 3+ years of experience leading complex projects or teams.
- Deep experience with build systems, CI/CD pipelines, and developer tooling.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, and/or Go.
- Experience with container orchestration and large-scale infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for improving developer experiences.
