Base Salary
$120k - $235k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-native systems and services addressing enterprise-scale cybersecurity problems.
- Architect, implement, and evolve end-to-end AI solutions involving model integration, orchestration, and system-level decision-making.
- Evaluate and integrate AI models, approaches, and architectures for different security scenarios.
- Build and operate agentic AI systems that reason, plan, and act across complex security workflows.
- Operationalize AI capabilities with attention to reliability, scalability, observability, cost efficiency, and safe production deployment.
- Use large language models, embeddings, vector stores, and retrieval-augmented generation for cybersecurity applications.
- Deliver AI features across design, implementation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Support, mentor, and collaborate with other engineers.
- Partner with product management, security research, and data science teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical discipline and 4+ years of technical engineering experience, or equivalent experience.
- Coding experience in one or more languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
- Preferred: master’s degree and 6+ years of technical engineering experience, or bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of technical engineering experience, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: experience building and shipping AI features for production systems.
- Preferred: hands-on programming experience with Python, C#, Java, C++, or equivalent languages.
- Preferred: effective communication and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
