Base Salary
$129k - $148k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and test production software across low-level systems, compilers, runtimes, and tooling.
- Write efficient, maintainable code in C, C++, or Python.
- Optimize software performance on Graviton, Trainium, and Inferentia custom hardware.
- Debug complex issues across the hardware-software boundary.
- Collaborate with hardware, compiler, and systems teams to deliver features end to end.
- Document work and present results to the team.
Requirements
- Be enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field, with a final graduation date of May 2027 or later.
- Have programming experience in at least one of C, C++, Java, or Python.
- Have coursework or project experience in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
- Understand operating systems, computer architecture, or systems programming fundamentals.
- Preferred qualifications include a focus on systems, compilers, computer architecture, or high-performance computing; low-level C/C++ experience; familiarity with MLIR, LLVM, TVM, ML runtimes, operating-system internals, or distributed systems; exposure to machine-learning frameworks; and prior internship, research, or open-source experience.
