Responsibilities
- Develop workflow automation solutions and software for internal stakeholders using Atlassian-focused workflow platforms.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the organization’s workflow tooling landscape.
- Help partner teams shape roadmaps for workflow automation platforms.
- Design and develop clean, maintainable, and performant components, workflows, and software.
- Identify and remediate technical debt in the platform.
- Participate in code review and quality assurance processes and provide organizational feedback.
- Partner with teams to create customer journeys across associated call center systems.
- Resolve production issues affecting service, revenue, or fulfillment teams with urgency.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience as a developer, including at least two years focused on Atlassian products.
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience, preferred.
- Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL.
- Strong understanding of Postman, SoapUI, or other API testing tools.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational ability.
- Willingness to learn continuously and work with unfamiliar technologies.
- Healthcare industry experience, especially Pharmacy Benefit Management expertise, is strongly preferred.
Benefits
- Remote work for non-local employees or hybrid work for employees local to the New York City area.
- Salary ranges vary by location: $120,000-$150,000 in Charlotte, $132,000-$165,000 in Denver, and $147,200-$180,000 in New York.
