Responsibilities
- Support the design, development, implementation, and support of AI-enabled HR solutions and intelligent automation platforms.
- Develop AI applications and conversational agents for employee experiences.
- Prepare and transform data for AI solutions.
- Integrate enterprise systems and support automation workflows.
- Test solutions and assist with deployment, monitoring, governance, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with AI engineers, product owners, HR stakeholders, and technology teams.
Requirements
- Foundational interest or experience across the AI solution lifecycle, including development, integration, deployment, governance, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work under the guidance of experienced engineers and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Willingness to work in an Agile delivery environment.
