Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end solution architectures for vendor incentives, customer incentives, contracts, chargebacks, rebates, and related commercial processes.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define current-state challenges, future-state capabilities, business cases, and transformation roadmaps.
- Lead architecture work for large-scale transformation initiatives, including solution design, integration planning, governance, and implementation support.
- Translate business requirements into scalable designs across SAP Vistex V4, SAP S/4HANA, SAP SD/FI, cloud platforms, data, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities.
- Evaluate technology and vendor options and recommend approaches balancing value, risk, cost, usability, compliance, and delivery speed.
- Create architecture artifacts, decision materials, process flows, reference models, and executive-ready recommendations.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, finance, operations, vendors, and enterprise architecture teams to drive adoption and business impact.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and change impacts while supporting issue resolution and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Typically requires 4+ years of relevant professional experience in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, business process transformation, SAP solution delivery, data architecture, or related roles.
- Experience with vendor incentives, customer incentives, contracts, chargebacks, rebates, pricing, finance, or commercial operations processes.
- Experience designing or delivering solution architecture for enterprise business applications.
- Experience building or contributing to business cases, including value drivers, cost-benefit analysis, process impacts, risks, and implementation recommendations.
- Experience leading or supporting large-scale transformation initiatives across business and technology teams.
- Experience creating architecture artifacts, process documentation, future-state designs, and stakeholder-facing decision materials.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred experience with SAP Vistex V4, SAP S/4HANA, SAP SD, SAP FI, business process improvement, enterprise transformation, solution strategy, operating model design, cloud technologies, integration patterns, data platforms, APIs, AI-enabled optimization, and regulated industries.
- Preferred experience working with external partners, system integrators, software vendors, or managed service providers.
